Her practice focuses mainly in the area of civil and commercial law, with particular reference to corporate and contract law issues, in both court and out-of-court settings. She works in Italian, English and French.
Irene holds a PhD in Roman Law and Foundations of European Law. She also collaborates with the Department of Roman Private Law at the University of Padova.
In 2018 Irene graduated with honors in Law from the University of Padova. In 2021 she qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Venice. Then in 2023 she received her PhD in Roman Law and Foundations of European Law from the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Udine.
